I love to go to a gym, I always go there for at least twice or three times a week because I want to lose some weight and take exercise as well. My friend told me about the quick weight loss that she takes and according to her it works pretty good.
She gives me advice that if the regular exercise did not do anything for me I should try something else, which she might be right. Oh well, I am going to check it out later. I am going to give you more update after I decided what is the best for me.
